About me

Dr. Kian Raiszadeh, MD is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon in San Diego, CA and has over 22 years of experience in the medical field.

He graduated from UC Berkeley in 1998 and then completed his medical school at UC San Diego in 2002. He later completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Rutgers University in New Jersey in 2007. Dr. Raiszadeh then completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Kaiser Permanente in San Diego. After practicing as a sports medicine orthopaedic surgeon at Kaiser Permanente for 7 years, he then practiced as an orthopaedic traumatologist in San Francisco for 5 years.

Dr. Raiszadeh also started a company focused on non-operative orthopaedic care. He was the CEO/Founder of SpineZone/Livara for 9 years which focuses on a holistic approach to orthopedic care. SpineZone has served over 150K patients and is contracted with major health plans and health systems throughout the country.
